Clay Martz, President
Clay and his wife, Lee, are transplants from Ludington, Michigan, and have lived in the Lakewood area for over 30 years. They have two daughters and two grandchildren. Clay serves at Lakewood United Methodist Church. He also serves as President of the Lakewood Area Lions Club. He is the manager of Crop Production Services in Woodbury. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping, kayaking and spending time at their cabin in the Upper Peninsula.
Jayne Flanigan, Secretary/Treasurer
Jayne was born and raised in Woodland. She graduated from Cooley Law School in 1989 and is now the President of Hankins & Flanigan, P.C. Jayne has two step-daughters and two granddaughters. She attends the Woodgrove Brethren Christian Parish. Jayne enjoys reading, gardening, animals and knitting.
Kyle Chase, Director
Kyle Chase is a current board member on Manna’s Market. He graduated Olivet College with a Business Administration Major and Communication Minor. Kyle is a Marketing Regional Manager at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company. This year marks his 33rd anniversary with Hastings Mutual. Kyle lives near Lake Odessa with his wife Robin. They have four grown children and four grand children. “I’m so impressed with the ministry of Manna’s Market. God’s children are being fed and clothed here.”- Kyle Chase
James Behrenwald, Director
Jim Behrenwald is the President of AIS Construction Equipment and the Owner/Operator of Behrenwald Farms in Clarksville. He and his wife, Wendy, have four children.
Melissa Eberhardt, Director
Melissa graduated from Northwood University with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Criminal Justice. Prior to that she spent over 5 years serving in the United States Air Force. Melissa is a Territory Manager at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company, where she has been for almost 20 years. Melissa lives in Woodland with her husband Bill and two children, Tayler and Jake, and attends Lakewood United Methodist Church. Melissa works two nights a month at Manna’s and says, “The best Friday nights are the ones spent serving others.”
Cindy Trebian, Director
Cindy lives just southeast of Lowell in Ionia County and worked for Lakewood Public Schools for 27 years. She is now a Principal in the Maple Valley School District. She attended Western Michigan University for her bachelor’s degree and master’s degrees in teaching and educational leadership. Cindy and her husband Tim have two married children and two grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, camping, reading, and gardening. “I appreciate the opportunity to help others by supporting the mission of The Market.”
